HOLME HOUSE PRISON

Holme House is a large Category B Local Prison for male adult prisoners who are either remanded in custody or convicted, which opened in Stockton on Tees in May 1992. The prison serves the communities of the Tees Valley, South West Durham, East Durham and North Yorkshire.

Tanbry was delighted to be chosen by partner contractors Interserve to deliver a complete refurbishment programme at Holme House, including new walls, ceilings, doors and associated joinery, and specialist hygienic cladding to appropriate areas.

This work was carried out by our JPR Hygienic Cladding division and provides another excellent example of the value of choosing Tanbry for projects when our dedicated Joinery and Hygienic Cladding divisions can work alongside out general construction team to achieve a seamless result.
