Tanbry Construction has carried out a large amount of maintenance and refurbishment work under the Decent Homes initiative, where the wide range of our skills, reliability and expertise of our staff, and flexibility of our company structure is truly appreciated. We have also carried out Design and Build schemes up to 58 units.

Tanbry has an excellent reputation and extensive track record as part of the Decent Homes supply chain. We are valued by the tenants with whom we have direct contact in their own homes, because we have a highly-trained and courteous, directly-employed work force.

Similarly, we are valued by the Housing Associations commissioning the work, and the major contractors which we often partner (including Kier / Marriott, Wilmot Dixon, Ashe Construction and Bullock Construction), because we are consistently able to meet agreed standards of project delivery.
